PLEASE NOTE: Combining a lower assembly, or a stripped lower receiver with a lower parts kit and a buttstock with a upper assembly from our site (regardless of manufacturer), will result in 21% additional federal excise tax and overhead charge. By purchasing all parts needed to complete an assembly, you will be purchasing (according to ATF) a completed rifle. Therefor you must pay federal excise tax. By making separate purchases (ie two orders right after one another) that will still result in all parts needed to complete a rifle will still result in the customer paying federal excise tax.

WARRANTY
G.A.R. Arms, firearms and parts are warranted to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship to the initial retail purchaser for a period of one year from the date of purchase. G.A.R. Arms will remedy any such defect of which G.A.R. Arms is given written notice. The liability of G.A.R. Arms under this warranty shall be limited solely to the obligation to repair or replace the firearm or defect part at its discretion, and to pay transportation charges for return of the firearm or part. The warranty is not transferable. Modifications to firearm or part will void this warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear or any damage resulting from careless handling, neglect, repairs and adjustments, corrosion or improper ammunition.

AMMUNITION
Using steel cased ammunition or reloaded ammunition with our firearm or part will void any warranty. Failure to use the proper gauge or caliber of ammunition can cause serious injury or death and will void any warranty.
