If you are purchasing multiple items and one item is being offered with free shipping, free shipping will NOT be extended to other items in the order. If you do not want to pay shipping, please purchase items that are being offered with free shipping ONLY.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Please note: this is something we can't stress enough; for customers purchasing small parts: when purchasing small parts that weigh from a few ounces to a pound in low quantities (example: one or two) it is always better to find a local dealer where you can purchase these parts as shipping for small items will be very expensive, and can cost as much or more than the item(s) purchased. We have contracted FedEx (our main carrier) and UPS to ship our packages NOT the Post Office. Please do not ask us to make any exceptions. We received emails from customers who complained about shipping costs for very small items. If you are sensitive to shipping costs for small orders, as we said, it is best to purchase these small parts from a local dealer. By no means are we looking to profit from shipping, nor are we seeking to upset anyone in anyway.

We are a small company and intend on keeping it that way. At times it does take us a bit longer to ship, but please understand that we are doing our best.

All orders go through a review process before they are shipped. Orders take anywhere from one (1) business day to three (3) business days, and sometimes longer to ship depending on our current status. Please feel free to contact us for our current shipping status.

Local pickup is NOT available to local residents. All orders must be shipped. We do not ship outside of the United States. Once an item has been shipped, regardless of carrier, the shipping status cannot be changed (example: from Ground to Next Day Air, or change of shipping address).

How much is my shipping?

What does TBD mean? TBD means "To Be Determined". Meaning, that shipping will be calculated and the customers credit card will be charged at shipping. We do not offer a shipping quote at checkout as we do not know what the shipping cost will be as there are many factors involved in the shipping price, (a) dimensions, (b) weight, (c) zone, (d) home or business delivery. We also insure and require a signature with all shipments. Please note: we do NOT offer Priority Mail shipping. All shipping is done via FedEx (our main carrier) and UPS.

PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL US ASKING FOR SHIPPING QUOTES AS WE WILL NOT KNOW THE SHIPPING COST UNTIL A SHIPPING LABEL HAS BEEN PRODUCED.
Change of policy notice: due to recent events concerning signature confirmation requirement for all packages paid for using credit/debit cards; if a customer refuses a package for any reason, unless authorized by us, we will no longer accept credit/debit card payments from this person(s) for any reason on any future orders. If this happens, all future orders will have to be paid for using a money order or cashiers check. No personal or company checks will be accepted for any reason! Dealers who refuse a package, regardless of reason, unless authorized by us, will loose their dealer status. If a similar situation happens again, this person(s) will be bared from purchasing from us again.

It is clearly stated, if a signature is going to be a problem from the very beginning, buyer needs to pay with a money order or cashiers check. Credit/debit card transactions "require" a signature upon delivery. No exceptions!

All orders that are paid for using a credit/debit card will require a signature upon delivery.

All credit/debit card transactions MUST ship to the billing address of the card used for the transaction. This is for security reasons to protect you, the buyer, as well as us, the seller. Please do not request to have your order shipped to another address. This is for non-firearm purchases. Firearms must ship to a FFL dealer. Please note: many debit cards do not support the Address Verification System (AVS) and cannot be verified and therefor cannot be accepted. If your debit card supports the AVS system, there shouldn't be any problems. If the address that you provide does not match the billing address that your credit/debit card company or bank has on file, your order will be flagged and will not ship. If there is an address mismatch, you will be notified by telephone or email. If your address cannot be verified even after we contact you, we will request that you mail a money order or cashiers check. (No personal or company checks accepted) Also, all orders that are paid for using a credit/debit card will require a signature upon delivery. If you want your package left at your doorstep without a signature you must send in a cashiers check or money order. No exceptions.

What Is A Billing Address?
The billing address is the address "where you receive your mail". Example: if your mail is delivered to a P.O. Box, then the P.O. Box is your billing address and that is the address we will ship to. If you receive your mail at an address other than your home or a P.O. Box, like a relatives house or work address, that is the address we need.

For buyers purchasing a firearm: please complete the checkout process. For all purchases (including firearms) please use your billing address as the ship to address. This is for security reasons. Please note; the firearm will NOT ship to you directly. The firearm will be shipped to your FFL transfer dealer. After completing the checkout process, please have your FFL transfer dealer fax or email us his/her license. Please email us after the transaction for our contact information if not provided to you at checkout. Coupons: If you are using a coupon, please note; make sure that the coupon that you are using applies to your order. If you are applying the wrong coupon, the order will be flagged by the system and will not ship. Example; if you are using a coupon for free shipping, this coupon would only be eligible for items being shipped within the Continental U.S. and would not apply to Hawaii, Alaska or any U.S. held protectorates. All orders go through a reviewing process before any items are shipped. This process usually takes 24 hours but can take up to 72 hours or more depending on our current status. During the Holiday Season, orders can easily take 7 - 10 days or more to ship than normal.
